Repack of dnscrypt-proxy binary from https://github.com/dnscrypt/dnscrypt-proxy with basic config.

DNScrypt-proxy is a part of DNS alternative package as well. When installed alone it disables connman dnsproxy and dnsmasq.

Config file location: /var/lib/dnscrypt-proxy/dnscrypt-proxy.toml

usage: 

systemctl start dnscrypt-proxy
systemctl stop dnscrypt-proxy

1. Terminal size too small error: FingerTerm font size must be set in accordingly of terminal size. For X10II maximum font size value is

~/.config/FingerTerm/settings.ini
