Patch for PatchManager

Adds settings for changing Tracker's paths, so you can choose what dirs are used for your Gallery, Music, etc applications

Available options are:

1) Ignored directories - these dirs will be ignored by tracker

2) Included single directories - these dirs will be used by tracker (child dirs are ignored)

for 2.0.2 use 0.3-1

for 2.0.1.7 use 0.2-1

for 2.0.0.10 use 0.1-1

Adds ICE information to lockscreen. ICE details can be changed in Settings app

Right now it only supports showing simple list.

Planned features: calling/sending sms to emergency contacts

The libevent API provides a mechanism to execute a callback function when a specific event occurs on a file descriptor or after a timeout has been reached. Furthermore, libevent also support callbacks due to signals or regular timeouts.

libevent is meant to replace the event loop found in event driven network servers. An application just needs to call event_dispatch() and then add or remove events dynamically without having to change the event loop.

This patch will give you a Cyan led blinking when calendar event missed.

NOTE:
* Led start blinking only when calendar alarm is finished and calendar will send notification to event screen.
* Led stop blinking when you will remove calendar notification from event screen.

Patch have 3 sizes: Default, Medium, Large. Homescreen must be restarted only ONCE after applying patch. After this you can change clock size and seeing the result immediately.

NOTES:
* NOT compatible with Patch: bigger time font (will be removed automatically) and probably also with this one Patch: Status bar fonts.
* For Phone & Tablet (v2.0.1.11).
