Dear Andy,
thank you very much for this great app! Unfortunately it seems not to be possible to add ETFs and funds into the watch list. Or did I just miss the affiliated option? :-)
An option to add ETFs and funds by WKN or ISIN-numbers would be awesome!

Hi Bramba, in general it is possible to support ETFs and funds, but i need a datasource for the information(in json) - if you can provide some i can have a look at it. At the moment i just do not have to look for a datasource.
Cheers,
Andy

Hi Andy,
thank you very much for your kind answer! I am sorry for my late reply, I was out of office during the last days. Onvista bank also provides information about funds (e.g. fund "Ökoworld Klima C" as an example).
Or don't they provide a json-compatible interface for such things?

Hi Bramba, they do not really provide a json compatible interface - there are some json services, but you would have to fetch each stock individually, which is quite ugly. if you have a good json source for the data i could use it, otherwise there is only the screenscraping possiblity, which i do not want to implement.
Cheers,
Andreas

Hello Andy, thanks for this great app! Could add the possibility to see variations (+ / - %) for cryptos?

What do you have in mind? Bitcoint, Ether, etc? I plan to add a Page with a market overview - where you can select the markets and currencies / cryptos, that are of interest (configurable). Bit this may take some time - so please be patient.

In the detail page of a share it is possible to open a chart. But only the intraday chart. Would it be possible to add different charts (e.g. week, month, year, 3 years...)?
All shares are displayed by the order of increase/decrease per day. Would it be possible to sort by the name of the share?
And a "real" app icon would be nice.
I like your app! It is easy to understand and simple

Hi,
icon should be available with just release 0.3.2 - also the sorting can now be configured in the settings dialog.
Cheers,
Andreas

Hi,
i am already working on the feature to get more charts (monthly / yearly / etc). Will most likely be ready for 0.4. I will add the possiblility for sorting by name or by change in the next version to the settings page. Thanks for the idea.
The icon is definitely a problem. somebody contributed one - but i am not happy with it - so i guess you will have to wait a little bit for that one, since my graphic skills are very limited.

A bug? For some time, I got "network error" error for any action. Entering URLs you use - I found then in the code - in browser results in proper json data. Any way to debug it?

I am not aware of a problem. Which version are you using. with 0.2.0 i have changed the backend from javascript to cpp - the message you mentioned cannot be found in the sources.... What happens if you disable cellular data and wifi? what message do you get then? The same or a differnt one?

Great app. Really needed such one.
One bug - for cover view euro instead of dollar sign.
Improvement suggestion - auto refresh.

Thanks for the report - the issue will be fixed with the next version. Question about the auto refresh: In what way do you want to configure the auto refresh? configurable amount of minutes between each refresh? what about the weekends? it does not make sense to do updates over the weekends? What makes sense from your point of view?
