Morsender (Dropped)
Morsender is SailfishOS client for libpurple. There is tons of missing functionality so its highly WIP but usable. Accounts creation is slightly faulty but you can (and better do if something is not working) just create accounts in pidgin and copy .purple folder. Do not bug me about plugin error only morsender itself errors. Also dont bug me about missing features its WIP. Also if somebody would be interested in helping ill be welcome as its not small project.

Thanks for this great app!
I have one special request: I am trying to compile a couple of libpurple based plugins, of which some require special dev packages.
Those are:
libjson-glib-dev libglib2.0-dev libmarkdown2-dev
Since I guess that would be the case for several plugins (and maybe they need to use the same version used in morsender?), could you build those packages and add them to your repo?

libjson-glib is in repo already
libglib2.0 provides sailfish
libmarkdown2 one sec

Just noticed that in facebook we can see preview of photos but cannot send them, is this a libpurple facebook limitation or a morsender one? edit : i even noticed that sometimes last letter gets truncated, is this still a libpurple or a morsender limitation?

plugin specific problems type in plugin comments. Facebook plugin doesnt allow to send photos. cuting ending of message is morsender problem which needs to be fixed (but is random af hard to track)

Hi. Unfortunately, telegram doesn't come up as an option when added. The purple plugin doesn't appear to work for pidgin on ubuntu either!

Can finally use Facebook Messenger on Sailfish again! As suggested I copied the .purple/accounts.xml from a Pidgin install and it's all working great.
