libpango

Layout and rendering of internationalized text

Pango is a library for layout and rendering of text, with an emphasis on internationalization. Pango can be used anywhere that text layout is needed. however, most of the work on Pango-1.0 was done using the GTK+ widget toolkit as a test platform. Pango forms the core of text and font handling for GTK+-2.0.

Pango is designed to be modular; the core Pango layout can be used with four different font backends:

libxft2

Xft provides a client-side font API for X applications, making the FreeType
font rasterizer available to X clients. Fontconfig is used for font
specification resolution. Where available, the RENDER extension handles
glyph drawing; otherwise, the core X protocol is used.
 .
This package provides an unstripped shared object with debugging symbols,
useful to provide a backtrace with symbol names in a debugger; this
facilitates interpretation of core dumps, and aids in finding logic errors in

libsdl

Simple DirectMedia Layer is a cross-platform multimedia library designed to provide low level access to audio, keyboard, mouse, joystick, 3D hardware via OpenGL, and 2D video framebuffer.

SailSync ownCloud

SailSync ownCloud is an application for synchronising files between your SailfishOS mobile device, and your ownCloud (or NextCloud) server instance.

Nextcloud 31+ issues (2025/04/23)

Nextcloud 31 server requires a minimum client version of 2.7.0. Sailsync ownCloud currently ships with owncloudcmd 2.5.2. owncloudcmd 2.7.0 has a build dependency on Qt 5.12 (SailfishOS currently ships Qt 5.6).

AirSail Transfer

AirSail Transfer allows you to easily transfer files between a computer and your SailfishOS device, using the computer’s web browser.

Stitchy (aarch64)

Neat little app, just for kicks... Takes multiple images and stitches them together into one.

Not my work - I just built and packaged to share.

libexif (JollaPhone)

Most digital cameras produce EXIF files, which are JPEG files with
extra tags that contain information about the image. The EXIF library
allows you to parse an EXIF file and read the data from those tags.

Neon Clock

This is just a dumb clock with pretty colors. That's it!

I got inspiration for this clock from Daniel Shiffman, who runs The Coding Train YouTube channel. The specific video was "Coding Challenge #74: Clock with p5.js" It turned out p5.js really makes your life easier...

I don't always post silly apps, but when I do, I post the source in GitHub while drinking coffee :)
