gtypist

A simple ncurses touch typing tutor
Displays exercise lines, measures your typing speed and
accuracy, and displays the results. Two exercise types
are possible: drills and speed tests.

tmux

terminal multiplexer
tmux enables a number of terminals (or windows) to be accessed and
controlled from a single terminal like screen. tmux runs as a
server-client system. A server is created automatically when
necessary and holds a number of sessions, each of which may have
a number of windows linked to it. Any number of clients may connect
to a session, or the server may be controlled by issuing commands
with tmux. Communication takes place through a socket, by default

libhx-dev

Package contains libraries, required by other applications as dependencies. Do not install separately.

Development files for libhx
a C library (with some C++ bindings available) that provides data
structures and functions commonly needed, such as maps, deques, linked lists,
string formatting and autoresizing, option and config file parsing, type
checking casts and more.
.
This package contains the development libraries, header files needed by
programs that want to compile with libHX.

tftpd

Trivial file transfer protocol server
Tftpd is a server which supports the Internet Trivial File Transfer Protocol
(RFC 783). The TFTP server operates at the port indicated in the `tftp'
service description; see services(5). The server is normally started by
inetd(8).
Tftpd is not suitable for use with the PXE bootloader; for that,
use atftpd or tftpd-hpa.

libidl-dev

Package contains libraries, required by other applications as dependencies. Do not install separately.

development files for programs that use libIDL
This package contains the header files and libraries needed for developing
programs which use libIDL.

netperf

Network performance benchmark
Netperf is a benchmark that can be used to measure the performance of many
different types of networking. It provides tests for both unidirecitonal
throughput, and end-to-end latency. The environments currently measureable by
netperf include:
* TCP and UDP via BSD Sockets
* DLPI
* Unix Domain Sockets
* IPv6

iftop-dbg

Package contains libraries, required by other applications as dependencies. Do not install separately.

displays bandwidth usage information on an network interface (debug)
iftop does for network usage what top(1) does for CPU usage. It listens to
network traffic on a named interface and displays a table of current bandwidth
usage by pairs of hosts. Handy for answering the question "Why is my Internet
link so slow?".
.
This package contains the debugging symbols.

libboost-wave1.42-dev

Package contains libraries, required by other applications as dependencies. Do not install separately.

C99/C++ preprocessor library
This package forms part of the Boost C++ Libraries collection.
.
The Wave C++ preprocessor library is a Standards conformant
implementation of the mandated C99/C++ preprocessor functionality
packed behind a simple to use interface, which integrates well with
the well known idioms of the Standard Template Library (STL).

dsniff

Various tools to sniff network traffic for cleartext insecurities
This package contains several tools to listen to and create network traffic:
.
* arpspoof - Send out unrequested (and possibly forged) arp replies.
* dnsspoof - forge replies to arbitrary DNS address / pointer queries
on the Local Area Network.
* dsniff - password sniffer for several protocols.
* filesnarf - saves selected files sniffed from NFS traffic.
* macof - flood the local network with random MAC addresses.

libdaemon0-dbg

Package contains libraries, required by other applications as dependencies. Do not install separately.
