SymPy (Python 3) v0.7.6.1 is a a Computer Algebra System (CAS) written in pure Python. SymPy computes symbolic mathematics (derivatives, integrals, etc) and numerical mathematics. SymPy is written entirely in Python and does not require any external libraries.

Uncertainties (Python 3) v2.4.8.1 (http://pythonhosted.org/uncertainties/) is Python 3 module for calculations with uncertainties, that transparently handles calculations with numbers with uncertainties (i.e., error propagation). It can also yield the derivatives of any expression.
