sailfish-components-webview-pickers

Part of the experimental Gecko ESR140 browser stack for Sailfish OS 5.1. This is a dependency package — you do not need to install it manually. ripgrep

ripgrep is a line-oriented search tool that recursively searches the current directory for a regex pattern. By default, ripgrep will respect gitignore rules and automatically skip hidden files/directories and binary files. (To disable all automatic filtering by default, use rg -uuu.) ripgrep has first class support on Windows, macOS and Linux, with binary downloads available for every release. ripgrep is similar to other popular search tools like The Silver Searcher, ack and grep.

And boy is it fast!

Twinkle Reader

Fernschreiber

Fernschreiber is a Telegram client for Salifish OS

Fernschreiber (German for teleprinter, teletypewriter, teletype or TTY) connects you with the Telegram network. It's still in an early development phase, but it already supports many of the most popular features such as:

Appsupport15-gatekeeper-pin-enabler-patch

i removed the patch because for me and for others appsupport isn't starting and i should investigate why. IF YOU REMOVE THE APP REMOVE THE PIN FIRST. it puts credentials in /data/misc/gatekeeper and keystore2 binds keys to that. if you don't remove the pin before removing the patch you could get into an inconsistent state. you could try opening settings from terminal with devel-su lxc-attach -P /tmp/appsupport -n defaultuser – am start -n

Foil Notes

Foil Notes allows you to encrypt notes with a password stronger than the lock code. Strictly speaking, each note is encrypted with a unique random 256-bit AES key which in turn is encrypted with an RSA key which in turn is encrypted with your password. If the bad guys get your encrypted notes, they would have to crack the AES key (different for each note) or the RSA key (shared by all notes but harder to crack) in order to extract the content. If they get the encrypted RSA key as well, then they can brute force your password.

Foghorn Test Connector

A reference example app for Foghorn, a UnifiedPush distributor for Sailfish OS. This app demonstrates how to add push notifications to a Sailfish OS app. It is not something particularly useful to the end user. But you can see the magic of push notification flows with it, if you install it, after installing Foghorn.
