Adds cover actions to Clock app for New timer and more Stopwatch actions according to its own in-app buttons (see the screenshots).

On the latest version, it also re-arrange the stopwatch cover actions as well as in-app buttons to easily start/pause and prevent from mistakenly reset.

I like the idea. Doesn't work on Nuuksio 3.2.1.20. Can this be ported to patchmanager_3?
