Hi,
On SFOS 4 on Xperia 10 II, Meecast installation works.
But when i try to add a location, the source list is empty.
I tried to install the daemon, but there's no package available in Storeman.
Does it miss a 64bits package ?
Thanks by advance for any help. Meecast is the best native forecas app on SFOS.

I could not make it work on SFOS 4.0, maybe it's a compatibility issue.

to add on to ''depscribe'' comment ; quote:'' Problem on Xperia X running Sailfish X 2.2.1.18: The little weather bug appears, but it is visible only if you look at the jpegs in ~/.cache/harbour-meecast/. That's because the images are bigger than the screen, and whatever it is that crops the pictures cuts off the part with the weather bug! ''
I am using multiple ambiance and the deamon will create so many duplicate of the ambiance wallpaper with the widget on it pending how many updated weather info to display and that result in building an over sized '' ~/.cache/harbour-meecast/ '' folder. From time to time i have to go with Win SCP to clean it because, if unattended, it whent pass over a gig of pictures from all my various ambiances that i use for my case. A better control over how many pictures are created there, would be a great benefit as inprovement in order to keep Salifich OS ''lightweight''. before finding out i was feeling like running an Android.
Regrads.

Is this suppose to work on 2.0.0.10? It only show an odd little box on the upper right corner always when the ambience is visible. Also seems to remove the wallpaper at some occasions, leaving black background.

Would it be possible to include the option to specify the location that the widget appears?
I also use Quickbar which clashes with the position of the weather widget.

Yes, I followed the link in the Meecast-Settings and installed it through there.
Do I have to have Patchmanager installed as well?
This is a screenshot of what I get when running both apps together.

Works great, except it seams it does not survive device reboots.
I always have to restart the daemon manually to keep the event view data up2date. If not the eventview info is stuck.
I only use deamon, standalone and eventview. No lockscreen weather.

On SFOS 4.0 this daemon can not be removed using Storeman.
I had to use pkcon from terminal.

I have the same problem. Only version 0.2 updates weather correctly - just like set in the main program. I have the last version of MeeCast.
