*FIXED* N9 RepoMirror

This is a temporary *FIXED* version of N9RepoMirror by Ancelad. As OpenRepos.net disabled TLS 1.0/1.1, the original one doesn't work. This one uses my server, though, and works.

Original description:

Actual n9repomirror.list which contains the following repositories:

1) https://coderus.openrepos.net/n9mirror/ http://wunderwungiel.pl/MeeGo/n9mirror/ (instead dead Nokia-repositories)

2) http://mirror.thecust.net/harmattan-dev.nokia.com/

Default obsolete Nokia repositories will be disabled.

This will allow you to enable developer-mode after phone flashing (reset) etc.
