SQLite is a software library that implements a self-contained, serverless, zero-configuration, transactional SQL database engine. SQLite is the most widely deployed SQL database engine in the world. The source code for SQLite is in the public domain.

Not actually sqlite3. Just a library.

This messed up my system too. Eveb after a refkash and home restoration, my DBs (contacts, music...) were empty.

WARNING: Only install if you know what you are doing.
