Text-mode WWW Browser
Lynx is a fully-featured World Wide Web (WWW) client for users
running cursor-addressable, character-cell display devices (e.g.,
vt100 terminals, vt100 emulators running on PCs or Macs, or any other
"curses-oriented" display). It will display hypertext markup language
(HTML) documents containing links to files residing on the local
system, as well as files residing on remote systems running Gopher,
HTTP, FTP, WAIS, and NNTP servers.

Can you remove the requirement for libcrypto.so.1.0.0?
I got wget working with the following commands, so the same might be true for lynx:

But 1.0.1h is already installed:
$ openssl version
OpenSSL 1.0.1h-fips 5 Jun 2014
Maybe there is just a symlink missing.

pkcon install lynx
-> Fatal error: lynx-2.8.8-rel.2.armv7hl requires libcrypto.so.1.0.0, but this requirement cannot be provided
What's missing?
