Speech synthesizer commandline utility pico2wave, based on SVOX PicoTTS.
pico2wave can only generate WAV file, there is no direct output to sound device.

Works with SFOS 3.2 and Pure Maps but sounds a little tinny and there is a little bug in the german version.
