Meecast Event View

I think Vasvlad and I have fully resolved installing MeeCast’s Eventview from OpenRepos (preferrably by using Storeman) on SailfishOS ≥ 4.6.0.

I would appreciate very much if someone tests this:

As usual, please remove the harbour-meecast package first (which should also remove all other MeeCast packages: Please check with pkcon search name meecast that none is still installed).
Then install the MeeCast’s Eventview package using Storeman (which should automatically also install the MeeCast Demon and MeeCast proper).

a. Is the installation working fine?
b. Does MeeCast’s Eventview work fine then?

a. Not yet, unfortunately when using Storeman.

b. Yes, after manual download and installation.

They are talking about the weather forecast view on an hourly basis, as the "old" Weather (Foreca) app has shown in the past (on a second tap IIRC). The data is already available in the app, in the rightmost view for each day (13:00, 14:00, 15:00 etc.) so it should only be a matter of graphics formatting. I would love to see that, too :)

How to add widget to events? i installed it and i see app in menu, but in events settings i cant see widget :( i want to replace not working jolla weather with this, and by the way, how can I remove some of added locations? Long tap doesnt work

I have MeeCast set up to choose location using GPS. Eventview doesnt change location when I move to other locations. Should it be updating location using GPS?

Hi, on 3.0.3.8 Meecast won't refresh the actual weather in eventscreen.In settings i set 1 hour but on event screen the last update is from today morning.

@vasvlad, is v0.9-32 supposed the work on SFOS 2.2.1?
It is offered as an update to v0.8-19 on my Jolla 1 with SFOS 2.2.1.

While I was too slow to test v0.9-32 yesterday, v1.0-4 is working fine under SFOS 2.2.1!
