You can enable publisher repository using the OpenRepos client application Warehouse.

Harmattan

To enable farhad_fa personal Harmattan repository add the following lines to your sources.list, or sources.list.d/openrepos-farhad_fa.list: 
deb https://harmattan.openrepos.net/farhad_fa personal main
You also have to import OpenRepos.net repository key once: 
wget -O - https://harmattan.openrepos.net/openrepos.key | apt-key add -

SailfishOS

Enable farhad_fa personal Sailfish repository with zypper tool: 
zypper ar -f https://sailfish.openrepos.net/farhad_fa/personal-main.repo
To enable repository manually use the following base url: 
https://sailfish.openrepos.net/farhad_fa/personal/main
You also have to import OpenRepos.net repository key once: 
rpm --import https://sailfish.openrepos.net/openrepos.key

Maemo5

To enable farhad_fa personal Maemo repository add the following lines to your sources.list, or sources.list.d/openrepos-farhad_fa.list:
