You can enable publisher repository using the OpenRepos client application Warehouse.

Harmattan

To enable openHAB_Foundation_eV personal Harmattan repository add the following lines to your sources.list, or sources.list.d/openrepos-openHAB_Foundation_eV.list: 
deb https://harmattan.openrepos.net/openHAB_Foundation_eV personal main
You also have to import OpenRepos.net repository key once: 
wget -O - https://harmattan.openrepos.net/openrepos.key | apt-key add -

SailfishOS

Enable openHAB_Foundation_eV personal Sailfish repository with zypper tool: 
zypper ar -f https://sailfish.openrepos.net/openHAB_Foundation_eV/personal-main.repo
To enable repository manually use the following base url: 
https://sailfish.openrepos.net/openHAB_Foundation_eV/personal/main
You also have to import OpenRepos.net repository key once: 
rpm --import https://sailfish.openrepos.net/openrepos.key

Maemo5

To enable openHAB_Foundation_eV personal Maemo repository add the following lines to your sources.list, or sources.list.d/openrepos-openHAB_Foundation_eV.list:
