network monitor for WindowMaker
This little program polls network statistics and does a few things
with the data it gets. The speedometer keeps track of the current
speed per second and shows it in a color corresponding to which of rx
or tx that has the highest speed at the moment.

A perl module for simple terminal control
Term::ReadKey is a compiled perl module dedicated to providing simple
control over terminal driver modes (cbreak, raw, cooked, etc.,) support for
non-blocking reads, if the architecture allows, and some generalized handy
functions for working with terminals. One of the main goals is to have the
functions as portable as possible, so you can just plug in "use
Term::ReadKey" on any architecture and have a good likelyhood of it working.

Scan for mDNS/DNS-SD services published on the local network
mdns-scan is a tool for scanning for mDNS/DNS-SD services published
on the local network.

It works by issuing a mDNS PTR query to the special RR
_services._dns-sd._udp.local for retrieving a list of all currently
registered services on the local link.
