Traces the route taken by packets over an IPv4/IPv6 network

The traceroute utility displays the route used by IP packets on their way to a specified network (or Internet) host. Traceroute displays the IP number and host name (if possible) of the machines along the route taken by the packets. Traceroute is used as a network debugging tool. If you're having network connectivity problems, traceroute will show you where the trouble is coming from along the route.

Install traceroute if you need a tool for diagnosing network connectivity problems.

Improved Caching Whois client

GNU jwhois is an Internet Whois client that queries hosts for information according to RFC 954 - NICNAME/WHOIS. JWHOIS is configured via a configuration file that contains information about all known Whois servers. Upon execution, the host to query is selected based on the information in the configuration file.

The configuration file is highly customizable and makes heavy use of regular expressions.

This application provides:

• FmRx daemon
• FmRx Qt MediaService plugin
• FmRx utilities.

The Qt Multimedia MediaService plugin provides access to the N950/N9 via the FmRx daemon. If this plugin is installed, QRadioTuner can be used in Harmattan apps.

Stellarium N9 is an open source planetarium software for Nokia N9 that shows exactly what you see when you look up at the stars. It is a port of the awesome Stellarium (version 0.11.4). Requires PR1.3, will not work on earlier (PR1.2 and PR1.1).

PhotoSwiper is a simple application that allow you to see your favorite photos on your laptop screen simply draging them to the top of your screen.

PhotoSwiper requires MultimediaVisualizer to be installed on you computer, currently it's not available to download, but sooner it will be ready for both windows and linux (ubuntu and archlinux)

PhotoSwiper needs a WiFi network to work, it tries to detect the client "automagically", but you can also manually set the client ip on your phone just tapping the settings button at the bottom of the screen.
