This patch simply instantly hides the typed digits when inserting lock or pin code.

UPDATE: since sfos 2.2.0.29 digits are immediatly obfuscated when inserting the device lock code, but they aren't when inserting the pin code; that means that since version 0.2-1 this patch is needed only to hide digits when inserting the pin.

Tested only on jolla 1, OS version:

- From sfos 2.2.0.29, use version 0.2-2;

- From sfos 2.0.2 up to sfos 2.1.4, use version 0.1-1.

Real-time locations of Helsinki Region Transport (HSL) public transport vehicles.

The realtime data comes from the Digitransit HSL MQTT API, which is a "work in progress", "very likely to change in the near future" and "there might be mysterious bugs lurking in the data". At least some of the tram numbers are wrong, so if you use trams, you might want to check them all on the filters page.

Makes Bluetooth and Location indicators visible on lock screen and thus on Sneak Peek.

V0.1 on 1.1.9+ (still usable on 2.0.2) shows semi-transparent previous/next buttons on lockscreen when they are inactive, i.e. there's no previous/next track.

V0.2+ on 2.0.2+ also moves the buttons to bottom of the lockscreen when there's no ongoing call.

V0.4 on 2.1.1 won't move the buttons again.

A simple patch to force single-SIM devices to show the operator name on the bottom of the lock screen. This just looks cleaner and more consistent – I believe.

Tested on JP1, SFOS v2.1.2.
