Patch: Various changes to harbour-sailimgur
Various small fixes, changes, and improvements that should make Sailimgur (harbour-sailimgur) less fiddly to use.
(Note: I only tested as non-logged-in user, so the patch might break features for logged-in users.)

Sailimgu creator here, just got notified of these changes and I'll warm up my Sailfish OS development environment and see if I can test the changes and get new version running.

I'd rather keep it as a patch (for the time being) because it's quite hackish and I don't have enough free time right now to continue working on it.
