Patch: Apostrophe key for fravaccaro's arrow keyboards

Patch adding an apostrophe key next to the comma key in the space bar row.

This patch is only for fravaccaro's keyboards with extra arrow keys next to the space bar (for example FrançaisQ). A patch for keyboards using Jolla's stock keyboard base use this patch.
