Depecher

I installed Depecher and it seems really great, i would also use this native app instead of the original Android App, if there was a possibility to deactivate the erase conversation option. I am scared to by mistake delete my conversations. Thats the only reason why i desinstalled the app again. Such a possibility to active or deactivate the delete function in the drop down menu would probably be really easy to implement. Please take it in consideration for a future version of Depecher :)

hi! i did install depecher then i decided to erase it (before a sailfish update i like to clear the memory).

But now that the app is erased, i can still find traces of it in the file browser.

The file browser can't erase these files even if the app is already erased, writing 'permission denied'.

Without being a developper or opening the terminal, how could i simply clean my phone from those left over files?

here the type of files: "ssu_openrepos-BlackSailer_release.repo" or "openrepos-BlackSailer" (in /home/pk-zypp or in /home/.zypp- or in /var/cache/zypp....) or "depecher" (in etc/)

Hello! All zyp files are about repository on openrepos you should delete repo from storeman(if it's possible)

Also you must delete tdlibjson package. Find it on openrepos.

Hello!

Deleting the repo from storeman gets rid of the "ssu_..." file.

But there are many files that are staying still and unerased after deleting the repo... many "openrepos-BlackSailer" files (one in /home/.pk-zypp-dist-upgrade-cache/raw, one in /home/.pk-zypp-dist-upgrade-cache/solv, one in /var/cache/zypp/packages, one in /var/cache/zypp/solv) and a "depecher" file (in /etc)...

First four are from zypper package manager, they have nothing to do with depecher app.

Is at /etc directory depecher a file? Isn't it a directory too? There should be conf file...

well its a folder named 'depecher' in the /etc and when trying to erase 'folder delete failed' is popping up...

i already asked before but i wish to know how to locate and delete the tdlibjson app separately (before each sailfish update its better to erase openrepos apps and reinstall them after i guess..)

But without using storeman i just wish to be able to locate tblibjson! with file manager for exmeple...where is it??

Well. I can enter the phone number and then i have to wait and wait. Then i took an android device connected via WLAN and i receive the registration code on the android. Entering the code on the SFOS Device solved it for me and i can use depecher on mein SFOS. A regular registration process has not been successful on my SFOS without the round about via android.

Thanks for the reply, yes I downloaded the 0.7 and tried installing it manually to no avail, I am not even sure I was given an error code, just wouldn't be installed. I have tried pkcon refresh already to no avail. It is unfair I am using the app right now missing all new features...

Just uninstalled the 0.5 and tried downloading the 0.7.2 and I get this depencies errrors lib.co.6(GLIB_2.28) needed at tdlibjson1.4.0-1.5.3.jolla.armv7hl not found

Now how do I remedy that?

In short - you are have too old os version. New Tdlib requires os more than 3.x

Wrote down full version please and write me in telegram. I'll try to build lib for your version
