CameraPlus is an easy to use open camera application.

Cameraplus captures images, records videos, has nice post capture view and a bunch of other features.

* Change megapixels abbreviation in the settings page to MP instead of Mpx

Could you try launching it from the terminal and paste the whole output?

Are you using N9 or N950?

I have a N9, I did, at the end of the output a permission denied caught my eyes, 

open( /dev/fb2 ) failed: permission deined

I am not able to run it with devel-su because I am not able to enable developer mode for a long time...

You don't need to run with devel-su

Just from the terminal and paste the full output here.
