Lightfish is a 3rd-party LIFX Smart-Lights control app for the Jolla Sailfish platform.
For the actual announcement, and feedback, please look here (G+)
PLEASE NOTE:
To run this app, you WILL need to change how your phone processes UDP BCAST message.
Execute "iwpriv wlan0 setMCBCFilter 1" on a command-line as root/su-devel on the phone to temporarily enable processing UDP BCAST.
For a more permanent solution, execute "mount -t ext4 -o remount,rw /dev/mmcblk0p25 /persist", and then edit "/persist/WCNSS_qcom_cfg.ini", looking for "MCBCFilter" as per the temporary option.
Warning: Don't change things in the /persist folder unless you're sure what you are doing!

Wow, that's great! I'm considering bying a LIFX lamp and I never thought I would have a native Sailfish app this soon!
Keep it up! :)

Fair warning: It isn't very good :)
You'll still need an Android or iOS phone to do the initial configuration of the LIFX bulbs - I may add this ability to the app at a later point, but for now it is a mission feature.
