Debinstall
This application will help u with installling other apps on your N9. for example you have cant install error, package damaged or someting else is wrong, install this app go to dpkg instead of regualr instalationa and etc.

It cannot be installed. It is telling me, "cannot create defaults.list.new permission denied." Also, errors can be "cannot rename defaults.list.new permission denied."
I used aegis-dpkg -i (in root)
