Forecasts, monitors, and other gadgets at a glance
Dashboard for SailfishOS is an app to give you the data you need at a glance.
Add tiles for your favorite weather forecast, pollen forecast, world clocks, stock exchange watchers, and system monitors.
This is at best beta quality software. It is far from finished, and not even core features are stable. Do expect lots of bugs.
Still, you can use it to check sun times, and it is quite convenient as a world clock app.
I’m not actively developing this app at the moment, and I mainly published it so it is at least out there and doesn’t just rot on my hard drive.
Add and arrange tiles on the main page:
Note: searching for places/coordinates requires an internet connection.
More tiles!

Nice! Thank you for this app! Would be cool if events from the calendar could be added! And to be able to display it on the lockscreen, like the patch events on lockscreen! :)

Thanks, glad you like it :). A calendar tile would be nice to have indeed, and a way to add widgets to the lockscreen and also the events view would be even nicer. That's too much work for me alone, though, but I gladly review contributions! The code is on Github.

Hello! Thank you for the interesting app! I found a weird thing with clock. Travelling in Thailand and local time is correct. But my home time (UTC+2h Finland) shows that Thailand would be 7h behind which is not true, Thailand is only 4h behind.

That's weird indeed. There seem to be quite some bugs with timezone handling that show up seemingly randomly. It worked perfectly fine when I was travelling, but I also had issues once when I was back home... I didn't manage to find the cause yet.
Finland is UTC+2h and when you posted you still had daylight saving time, so UTC+3h. Thailand would be 7h different from UTC, and 4h different from Finland. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the issue. It seems somewhere local time and UTC are being confused.

Thank you :)
I never managed to get access to chum, so it's not planned (for the time being at least).

On SFOS 4.4/aarch64, installing complains about missing `pytz` package.

Interesting... pytz is allowed in Harbour only since 4.5, so maybe it wasn't packaged in 4.4?
