German language files for OKBoard
German language files(prediction data and dictionary) for use with OKBoard.
To swipe words with umlauts you must swipe over a, o and u instead of ä, ö and ü.
You must have OKBoard installed to use this files.
Please restart OKBoard after updating the package.

It seems that there won't be any update here, therefore here is a workaround to bring the german OKBoard files to your AArch64 device:

Unfortunately, the for SFOS 4.2. 64 bit can not install. in the OpenRepos is no longer offered. Is there an update here ?

I am using the English and German version a lot and noticed that the English version is setting the spaces automatically, but the German one doesn't. If you then remove the word due to the missing space, the last letter of the former word is removed. Using latest version of sailfishOS X.

Hi, I'm working on a similar dictionary for my language.
What hardware did you use to generate the file? I'm running the build script on a 8 core xeon with 20 GB of ram and it runs out of memory :O

I compiled it on an i7 with 8G ram, which was way too much. How big are your corpora and dictionary files?

Somehow I was praising too fast. The Keyboard suddenly stopped working and everytime I try to activate german layout it crashes. English layout with magic still works though. German swiping worked directly after installation as well, can't tell what caused the crash (only thing I did was trying to type/swipe text within WebPirate). Restarting keyboard didn't help (but did not reboot phone yet).
