found no repo of this nice small helper, but you can:
create a command qCommand with systemctl stop aliendalvik.service
as root

Yes sure, run this two commands as ROOT:
sed -i -e 's/python/#python/g' /usr/share/openrepos-adalvikjuststop/adjuststop.sh
chmod 4755 /usr/share/openrepos-adalvikjuststop/adjuststop.sh
or do it manually with any ROOT file manager.

Tnx! I only added # for the "dalvik already stoped" and leave notification when it is stoped.

If most of the time you don't use dalvik, you can try this package: auto-kill-dalvik: https://db.tt/WVFMoaK5
It check every 30 min if any of your installed android app opened now, and if not it will kill dalvik.
But remember, some app, like Google store also open com.skype.reader process even if you didn't open skype app. In this case my package recognize it as opened app and not kill dalvik. Just open skype and close it.
