Patch: Wider Spacebar (for SailfishOS 3)
Improves keyboard usability by increasing the size of spacebar in Jolla keyboard
(This is an updated version of the same patch for SailfishOS 2 by toxip.)

After installing patchmanager 3.0.65+sfos4 from sailfish-chum repository I was able to apply this patch under SFOS 4.1.0.24. Patchmanager still shows patch in red colour but it's applied anyway and it's working!

Maybe there are conflicts. You can click on the patch entry and there should be a list of possibly conflicting patches...

Are you meant to install from OpenRepos or the PatchManager Web Catalog? The web catalog on patch manager only shows the old version 1.0.0 and does not allow it to be installed, and when I install it from OpenRepos the patch does not seem to apply :(

Umm, there's already 3.1.0? I'm running 3.0.3.10 (Hossa), and for me it works. I can't test anything else.
What is the problem? Is it impossible to apply the patch or are there other symptoms?

Okay, it looks like my Storeman client is really acting up after upgrade. I think I'll have to do a clean reinstall to it...
SFOS 3.1.0 was released in EA a few days ago, not yet for all users.

Does this work with Patchmanager 3 Beta (https://openrepos.net/content/patchmanager3beta/patchmanager-3-beta ) ?
As the mod installs fine and says it got activated but it doesn't seem to work

Hi ichthyosaurus, could you make patch which makes spacebar HIGHER? I have perhaps bigger fingers and instead of space i still write "b" :D could you help? I think ideal height of the spacebar should be +1/3 or +1/2

Well, I just had a look and I'm sorry, but you there's nothing to look forward to anymore ;). I couldn't figure out how to change the height of only the spacebar row. You can either change all rows or none... :/

I tried it manually in some conf where was row divider defined, but yes, it worked on all or none.maybe that SpaceBar-row or spacebar-key
In spacebar-key is some line called rectangle - I suppose it is for rectangle properties, maybe size too.

Haha :). Well, if you have lots and lots of time you could definitely find a way... Re-training your muscle memory might be easier though :D.

Maybe bigger rows could help me. Can you make patch with bigger rows between letters? :) i mean all lines, not only higher spacebar?
