Fork of Stellarium for Ubuntu-Touch, which is a fork of Stellarium-mobile for android, which is based on Stellarium mobil.
Replaces (or updates) Stellarium SFM.
Would be nice, if somebody could make a nice Sailfish themed icon.

If you want to add C/2020 F3 (NEOWISE), import it on your desktop, and copy ~/.stellarium/data/ssystem_minor.ini from desktop to ~/.config/me.lduboeuf.stellarium/stellarium/data/ssystem_minor.ini on your sailfish device.
Or append following text to your existing ssystem_minor.ini:
[c2020f3(neowise)] orbit_good = 1000 absolute_magnitude = 7.5 coord_func = comet_orbit orbit_PericenterDistance = 0.294707 type = comet radius = 5 dust_widthfactor = 1.5 dust_lengthfactor = 0.4 orbit_AscendingNode = 61.0111 slope_parameter = 5.2 name = C/2020 F3 (NEOWISE) orbit_visualization_period = 2539576.6289147907 orbit_Eccentricity = 0.999191 orbit_ArgOfPericenter = 37.2743 orbit_TimeAtPericenter = 2459034.1812962964 dust_brightnessfactor = 1.5 orbit_Inclination = 128.9373 albedo = 0.1

Is it possible to import the extension (an extra pack with more detailed images) from the android app?

If your are looking for a more sailfish like icon checkout my tablet compiled version: https://openrepos.net/content/ade/stellarium-sfm-tablet-version
Btw what's the main difference with the existing Stellerium Mobile version on OpenRepos (https://openrepos.net/content/matsav/stellarium-sfm)? I can't find any real differences at first glance.

Honestly, I don't know. It is up to date with upstream now. I recognized, that config files are organized slightly differently and that Stellarium SFM github repo is a mess. That's why I made a new fork.
Did you make any changes to the tablet version or is it just the x86 binary? I already compiled it and can upload it soon.

Pretty sure those changes where config related and if I remember correctly some very minor code changes regarding scaling.

AFAIK scaling is set during compile time. Either we change that or make an own build for the tablet.

There is probably more objects as this rpm is 26 MB bigger than the previous one.

26mb is a lot of objects, maybe it's unstripped?
