Patch: Various changes to harbour-podcatcher

Various small fixes, changes, and improvements that should make Podcatcher (harbour-podcatcher) less fiddly to use.

Changes so far: revamped cover page, added scrollable episodes list (with scroll bar), added function to categorize podcast channels, cleaned up main page, removed text prediction where appropriate

Note: I will make a pull request upstream once I have enough time to clean things up. Up until then, this will remain as a (code-wise probably ugly and hackish) patch.
