This is still in beta!

You may (or may not) still encounter issues. (please report them if you do)

A patchmanager alternative for Sailfish OS which doesn't modify any files on disk.
Please read this thread before installing.

If you installed this manually before (without this package) simply remove /etc/ld.so.preload and install this package.

After installing you may have to reboot before patches take effect.

Many thanks to Fellfrosch for the icon!

I pushed an update which should fix your issue :)

What do you mean 'start screen'?, do you mean lockscreen?

Please, make a GUI for Prepatch.

jakibaki's picture

I'm not quite sure what the gui would be supposed to do.

Toggeling patches is already safe and easy by simply installing/uninstalling the patch-packages using storeman.

If you have ideas as to what a gui would be useful for please voice them :)

Can you please make sure that you have the latest prepatch-version installed? (0.2) And if not, reboot after updating.

This was a known issue on 0.1 but for one person in the tmo-thread 0.2 solved it.

Unable to run phone app after installing this.
