Patch: Camera overlay & colored bezel
Set camera overlay more transparent, change bezel color and add timer to viewfinder.
Thanks to Ancelad for colored slider and to Coderus for help with darker colors.

I'm guessing you are reffering to the coloured panel on which the camera controls sit?, well, poking around in Sailfish/Media while tweaking Jolla-mediaplyer, I found an id called :Panel, which is simply the background for media controls :)
As far as I know, Basel is a town in Switzerland ;)

This bezel for camera only, you can see it when you use 4:3 viewfinder. And yes Basel is a town in Switzerland :P
