AppCleaner
AppCleaner is a small application that allows you to force stop an application, clear the cache and delete the application configuration.
Bad news:
- Incorrect status for QML only application (process name 'sailfish-qml').
- Does not work with Android applications.
- At the moment, all in one thread.

Nice app, I have waited for something like that. Unfortunately there seems to be some bugs causing similar behaviour both on Jolla 1 and Jolla C. App launches as a small cover and after a while it either crashes or opens. If you try to clear a cache, the app freezes not responding and gives options to close or wait. I have not waited longer than a couple of minutes, but if a cache of 20K is not cleared in that time I guess something is wrong. I'm looking forward to an update that makes the app work correctly.

android apps have own clear cache stuff under settings - applications, so not a big deal.
sailfish-qml apps can be silently ignored IMHO
waiting for source code :)
