Harmoji
Harmoji is the Harmattan implementation of Emoji. Harmoji enables the viewing of Emoji characters throughout the system, as well as inputting them.
It supports all the emoji found in the iOS (Incl. iOS6) and Android versions.
Before anybody asks; Sadly, it does not allow iPhone users to send a text containing Emoji. That is a bug in Harmattan itself.

You need to get version 0.6.6 from https://code.google.com/archive/p/harmoji/downloads
for the most stable version. The newer ones are unstable, have issues.
