Patch: Remove black from dialogs and bars

Replaces black backgrounds of dialogs and bars with a dimmer color based on the ambience (i.e. Theme.highlightDimmerColor). In the latest release for system dialogs it also removes transparency to increase legibility and drops a black layer on the rest of the screen to make them more distinct.

First of all Thank You for Your hard work. Sadly this patch isnt working o 3.0.1.11 :( Could You consider updating it to handle new sfosx ? It would be a blast as I love colorful ui in my sailfish devices :) Thanks in advance !
