is it possible to standardize a txt input document to be written and created created easily by users for their own city, and the uploaded in the app?

In shorts - yes. Did ya have an Symbian device? We need to get from Symbian NokiaPT latest actual getcities.xml file. I have it for 2012 year but I need current 2013 one. Can ya give it to me please? So we can create world wide support like Symbian/WP have I think.
