The idea of the game is to make words by selecting letters. The game is at it's best when having multiple players on the same LAN network.

Really cool, thanks! Btw am I correct that this does not have any word validation and requires people manually cancelling other people's words? Wish there was a solitaire version with a wordlist to automatically check against, getting two people with sfos phone in the same room is sadly rare

Thank you for the nice words! Currently there is no word validation available. Do you have open source hints for good offline models or could I somehow utilize the words the keyboard? It is sad, you have to bring your own phones for players.

There are the scrabble wordlists for a few languages: https://github.com/scrabblewords/scrabblewords/tree/main/words though copyright for them is hard to ascertain, NA one is supposedly copyrighted, sowpods/csw should be fine, this one is clearly open source: https://github.com/wordnik/wordlist. T9 is a paid component on sfos, so community ports (and currently C2) won't have it
