Skifree

On device compiled skifree (https://github.com/jeff-1amstudios/skifree_sdl) with just fullscreen and touch controls added - tap left half of the screen for left arrow input, right half for right

I think all the changes are here https://github.com/szopin/skifree_sdl (might've skipped some debug/test messages, let me know if it doesn't compile)

Sometimes crashes (most common assert causing this commented out, but seems to happen every now and then still)
