Freedesktop sound theme

Makes sounds from the Freedesktop.org sound theme available as ring- and other tones.

These audio files are actually already installed, this just adds a config file which makes them visible.

After installing, restart the Ambience daemon (ambienced.service) as user, or reboot.

I actually have to restart the Ambience daemon as root, or else I get access denied. ;)

Thanks for the sounds any way, didn't know they were there.
