Where can I find SiduDict for armv7hl? This fork does not download anything and does not pick up local stardict dictionaries.

Could you, please, enable translations? People, who do not speak English will find it hard to use the dictionary app without localization. I shall make a Russian translation, but I need the source ts file.
Is https://github.com/name924/SailyDIct the right git repo? it has empty ts files.
