Enables Wi-Fi hotspot capability in the US
By default, ad-hoc wireless connectivity is disabled when connected to a
cellular network located in the United States, preventing use of the built-in
Wi-Fi Hotspot application. This package overrides that restriction, enabling
such functionality anywhere on the planet.
