German Noted Keyboard

Custom German Noted keyboard layout (https://neo-layout.org/Layouts/noted/) from the Neo layout family for Sailfish OS. After installing the package you can enable "Deutsch (Noted)" keyboard layout in system settings.

I had to move the letter ß down to the next row, because otherwise there would have been 12 letters in a row.

Newest version needs Sailfish OS ≥ 1.1.4.

Tested with Jolla Phone 2026 (5.2.0.16), Jolla Tablet (4.6.0.15), Xperia X (4.6.0.15) and SDK Emulator (5.0.0.62) but should also work on most other devices.
