MKPokerPlanning

A repackaging of MKPokerPlanning for aarch64 and i486.

Changes compared to the original:

• the app doesn't assume a fixed Jolla 1 size but can adapt to any screen
• fixed a bug with saving settings
• removed communism-related images
• added a Sailjail section

To comply with the GPL license:

• the original source code is available at https://gitlab.com/mkpokerplanning/mkpokerplanning.git
• all my changes are only to assets bundled within the rpm anyway, so extract their source code from there
  • if I ever do C++ changes in the future (unlikely as I don't want to maintain this), I'll set up a proper repository
