Does work on 2.0.1.11 without problems though the description says otherwise.

Works fine otherwise but the statusbar goes down when I pull up to unlock. Maybe a conflict with another patch?

Yep, it goes down. Is that a problem? :)

Uh, an aestetic one if anything. So it can't be made to go up like all the other content on the lock screen?

I don't really know, right now.
To be honest, I didn't put that much effort in this patch from the aesthetical point of view. At first, I tried to get rid of the overshooting PushUpMenu (which might be connected to the problem you are referring to), but when I couldn't find out how to do that, it then occured to me that it at least resembles the Sailfish UI 1.x behaviour better than classical PushUpMenu.
So I took the "it's not a bug, it's a feature" way :) I agree it is not aesthetically pleasing, but it is somewhat interesting animation at the same time.

Yea, it propably goes down because if you flick down from the middle to the app shortcuts, the status bar goes up so logically it goes down if you flick up as there isn't that kind of feature by default.

Thanks! I did these changes manually with vi to /usr/share/lipstick-jolla-home-qt5/lockscreen/LockScreen.qml and /usr/share/lipstick-jolla-home-qt5/lockscreen/LockItem.qml - works fine at the same time with https://openrepos.net/content/eugenio/patch-restore-swipe-lock. Now my Jolla feels as improved after 1.1.9.28 upgrade (and not wise versa)
Only small thing with this patch is that when swiping up there's a transparent blue bar below arrow down symbol, for me it would look better without the blue bar. Any change getting a version without this background bar or hints how I could remove those manually?

how i missed this patch on 2.0.010. without blue would be perfect.
is the blue bottom puley needed for this patch to work? i guess this causes the blue horizontal line during swipe and i would not need it as indicator

Nice patch! I really don't like the animation when unblanking the screen, but the vanilla way to unlock the phone is ok for me. How can I disable only the animation? Through terminal maybe?

Just extract the *.patch files from the RPM and apply them manually (in this RPM there are two: first modidies /usr/share/lipstick-jolla-home-qt5/lockscreen/LockScreen.qml and turns off animation, second modifies /usr/share/lipstick-jolla-home-qt5/lockscreen/LockItem.qml and adds swipe up to unlock).
In this particular case it is simpler to just open the /usr/share/lipstick-jolla-home-qt5/lockscreen/LockScreen.qml in vi and modify it manually (just find the declaration of property lockScreenAnimated and change it to 'false').

I had multiple patches installed that modified the lock mechanism. After unapplying both simultaneously I lost all my status bar entries. All blank space now. Any idea where to start looking?

Hi,
this never happened to me, but it's generally not a good idea to use two patches that edit the same file. May I ask what was the other patch?

I was using: https://openrepos.net/content/eugenio/patch-restore-swipe-lock
But it seems this one was the culprit: https://openrepos.net/content/nodevel/patch-faster-pulley-menus
I could overscroll the lockscreen using your patch, is this intentional behaviour?

Well, I have seen the same issue mentioned on TJC and TMO, not related to my patch. The fix was to turn the phone off and on again (not restart).
The overscrolling is not an intentional behavior, but I don't know yet how to fix it and I grew accustomed to it :) But yes, I'll fix it once I find out how.

Hi
Well done, good work. But I have an idea for more option and more powerfull function. If it possible to modificate every side swipe (unlock) function will be better if I could configure for example when I unlock my phone with left side swipe immediatly jump to the events view. But when I unlock on bottom side jump to app grid. And the right side swipe work like same as at present (home screen). This function is a little bit accelerate the usage if the user is know which screen need for him first!
I hope you will understand my weak english. Thanks! :)

Re
I'm glad to hear the later such events view swipe unlock option. And sorry I now understand, I forgot to try unlock my phone from the bottom side area, I just swipe a little bit above area to up. Now I know the bottom is work already :) . Thanks for the information, I'm waitink for the next release and "everything will be perfect"...
Thx mate!
