Changelog:

- QDOS 0.4.0
- Typing a letter on the stack opens a line with it, as an HP 48 does,
and a line that fails stays to be put right under the reason
- ESC never throws away the stack: CLST (shift-DEL) empties it and UNDO
brings it back, and DEL with nothing typed drops x
- EE beside the sign key for exponents, % as an HP's percent
- Shift on a function is its inverse, and the HP's y^x, x!, R-down and
last x have keys of their own
- Y= takes a formula as a TI does, x^2 + 3x - sin(x)/2, as well as RPN
- spring, a damped spring drawn in real time, among the system programs
- The shift key and its legends in Quadrate's purple
- New icon in the Sailfish shape, with the purple shift key
