Test in AquaFish(has change brand to Jolla C) SFOS 3.0.0.8

Layouts of virtual keyboard on Sailfish OS.
Including English, Chinese Pinyin with arrow keys, named "Harmattan EN", "Harmattan 中文(拼音)".
And a English with controllable-prediction for Karin-Console. named "Harmattan Dev".

After install, also see in /usr/share/maliit/plugins/com/jolla/HarmXt9InputHandler.qml, /usr/share/maliit/plugins/com/jolla/layouts/harmatan*, /usr/share/maliit/plugins/com/jolla/harmattan/* if you want to modify.
