Replace Baidu web search engine with StartPage for Blanco theme. Refresh/reboot after install.

There is some issue with https search so for now it's http only. If you have some ideas/workaround for https please let me know in comment or contact form.

Remove this tweak for bringing back Baidu web search engine.
