Add xray protocols to VPN

Add ability to subcribe vmess, vless

Open Setting-VPN, then you got it.

Tested on sailfishos 5.1/5.2 aarch64, almost all codes are written by AI.

- Diagnostics: log helper exec details (exists/perms/uid/euid/cwd and
firejail/sailjail sandbox marker) to ~/.config/harbour-xhvpn/helper.log
to diagnose "No such file or directory" when QProcess starts the
setuid-root helper from inside the app.
- Add standalone subscription manager app with desktop icon, group
listing, subscription fetching (QNetworkAccessManager), base64 feed
parsing and connman provider creation via net.connman.vpn D-Bus.
- Add XhvpnVpn sailjail permission granting net.connman.vpn D-Bus
access to the app (net.connman.vpn is outside the stock Connman
permission which only covers net.connman).
